My first post

Well this would be the first entry.

I'm not 100% committed to the idea of having a blog. Rather, I'm not committed to the idea that I am the type of person who would maintain a blog. Growing up, I never had a diary or journal, so I think that I'm automatically more prone to grow complacent and not update this. Looking back, I had a diary... for about a week.

But maybe I am thinking of this in the wrong terms. Maybe that's the whole idea behind a blog: it's mine and I can update it when I please. You'll come back from time to time (I hope) in anticipate of what I might say next! I could only hope to be so exciting.

I've been chipping away at one of my websites, (forgive the SEO), Affiliate Marketing Forums. I'd have to say that I am quite proud of what we've accomplished. Revenue Source has been around since about October of 2004, but it wasn't until recently that we really pushed to make it a viable entity. We've got a nice redesign in place, tons of SEO modifications, a keyword tagging system, and our xml sitemaps are uploading to Google and Yahoo daily. In less than 30 days we've got the site doing over 500 uniques a day vs. the 30 per week it was doing for well over a year.
